About Dr. Larry

"Hi, I’m Doctor Larry Silber.  My mission is to share the knowledge and experience I have gained in the wellness field over the last 40 years.  People today are sicker than ever and even with all the “health” info available on Google, people are still confused about how to get their health back.  I have been studying and teaching about how to remain active and vital throughout my life and now is the time to share that experience on a larger scale.

I have always been active and athletic.  Playing sports and working out have been my favorite pastimes and hobbies for many years.  I was fortunate enough to have owned a fitness studio, where I learned how to help people embrace healthy new exercise and lifestyle habits.

Following that I was introduced to Chiropractic and felt a calling to learn and practice a healing profession that was centered on the abilities of the body to heal itself.  The body is capable of amazing healing when you stop doing the things that are hurting you and start doing things that promote health.

I then journeyed into Functional Medicine where I learned about the foundational pillars of health.  We can either make ourselves sicker with our lifestyle choices or healthier with our choices.  I learned that the body can always experience healing even if you’ve been sick for years.  Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Stress management, nature, and social connections are the keys to vibrant longevity.

In my past I watched many dear friends and family lose their health and suffer for years living lives that were less than what they wished for.  My own father, who did not take care of himself, who was overweight and stressed out, died at age 54 from a stroke in his sleep. I believe he could have been saved and gone on to live a full life had he been willing to make changes that were not that difficult.  I made a promise to myself that I would not go down that road.

So now, at age 63 with the bloodwork and stamina of a man much younger I continue to exercise, eat well, supplement and do the things I know will keep me healthy.  I love to continue to learn and experiment on myself with biohacking and adopting new practices to extend my “healthspan” not just my “lifespan”, and I want to share these and more with all of you."

About Dr.Trevor

Hi, I’m Doctor Trevor Nabholz. As a practicing chiropractor for over 25 years, my passion for exercise, health, and nutrition has been a constant driving force in my life. Growing up in Canada, my family owned two health food stores and I would often be found buried in the extensive library of books on health and nutrition, starting at a young age.

Becoming a chiropractor was a natural extension of my interests, and I have dedicated my life to helping people achieve optimal health and well-being. As a husband and father of three, I understand the importance of balancing the demands of family and work while still prioritizing self-care and personal growth.
In my journey to achieve the best version of myself, I constantly experiment with different ways to optimize my health and minimize stress. From the standard stuff like diet and exercise to breath work, meditation, heat and cold exposure, I am always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance my life.

As a 52 year old busy entrepreneur and business owner still in active practice, I know how challenging it can be to balance the demands of work and personal life, but I am committed to helping others find a way to prioritize their health and well-being. In my free time, you can find me on the golf course, enjoying the sunshine and staying active.

I believe that everyone has the potential to optimize their health and live their best life, and I am excited to share what I have learned (and continue to learn) to help others achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves."
